Saturday 12 May 2007

Hello. I have booked myself into rehab (my house) due to exhaustion. From the 9th - 14th May. No going out. Straight home to bed after work. I felt like I was dying, y'know. Really! I have also been really shoddy with my vegetarianism by eating a cow every day. It hurts.I'm sure I even have wrinkles! AAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

But, anyway. Apart from that. Last Saturday, we went to Rocklands. Amy had free tickets. Because of a very silly promoter there was a £5 refund per ticket. So we were actually paid to go. Which is a thing that could only happen to us, really. We found a lovely hill near the New Cross Inn where we got quite drunk. Took loads of stupid pictures. Had many rolling-down-hill races (we drew all of them) and just did stuff. Saw a few bands. Didn't see Ellie. I fell asleep on a sofa. We then encountered much head/belly/life pain so we HAD to leave.

On Sunday, we were asked to help Rumble Strips at their Brixton Windmill gig. I was still in pain. Due to some ramshackle business, we never actually helped. I was getting sicker and sicker so we left when they came on. I did want to see them, though. We were also supposed to help them at their Astoria gig with Sunshine Underground (I like them!) on Wednesday, but I was too sick. Bummer. I didn't go to work on Tuesday so I missed my observation. I dragged myself to Amy's house. she gave me strong pills. I never take pills so they were very effective. We went to the 28 Weeks Later preview. It was so scary. I kept leaping onto Amy. I think I wanted to cry at times. It seemed to be a good movie, nonetheless.

Dustins Bar Mitzvah played their final gig at 100 club. I wasn't asked for ID! Probably because she saw all my wrinkles. I enjoyed their set from the sidelines. Amy had the life squashed out of her by badly-dressed sweaty kids. She said it was fun. I didn't agree. Since then, I have sagged around work with everyone feeling sorry for me. I was recently sent to occupational health so the Headmaster keeps following me to see that I don't collapse. Heh.

Tomorrow there is a Bengali festival in Brick Lane which I may go to. A lady from work might drive me there. That's the deciding factor. Also, I am developing an elephant foot so I may have a cellulite infection. My sister had one a while ago. I know what it looks like, I'm not a hypochondriac. If I do have one, it will send me over the edge! Especially when I saw this. It's gross, don't look.

Please don't mind my eyebrows. I am letting them grow so I can plait them.
