I made the best breakfast for myself. Cranberry tea with honey, carrot cake and a large amount of fruit. I went to the toilet and my mother devoured it all. I was so disappointed. Notice the crazy gold doiley that I found in the back of a cupboard. I had a scary belly day so I really have only been eating fruit and rice (not together obviously) but today I made a tasty lentil dish and had to have some. I also made two jars or strawberry jam and there's some marmalade on the hob! I've never made it before. Yummmmm.

I spent a rainy day in Birmingham on Friday. My friend had to collect her new house keys and I decided to tag along. Selfridges Birmingham is a completely different shopping experience than the London store! I bought a pass holder and a new lunchbox for September. I haven't worked for almost half a year! Other things include going to two recordings. One for the Charlotte Church Show. I have never seen it and I don't suppose I ever will. And a Mitchell & Webb thing which I did like. My only reference to them is the one episode of Peep Show that I turned off because it was much too rude for me!

Also I went to see Female Agents which I loved and Journey To The Center Of The Earth in 3D. It confused my eyes. And Claire kindly gave me tickets to Jamie Lidell for the iTunes Festival. I quite enjoyed Yelle because of the crazy rave endings of the songs. I didn't see the headline because someone whipped out a saxophone. I did not appreciate it at all.
